Below is the Vermont Proclamation for Ukrainian Independence Day signed by Governor Scott.
There will not be a formal signing on the 24th given the short notice and the Governor's tight schedule. An invitation was extended via his staff for a possible impromptu visit by the Governor at the Thursday/25th noontime vigil in front of the Federal Bldg in Montpelier.
